Copywriting

Good writing is essential for credibility.

I create well-written, edited copy that tells a story.

I’ve been a writer for almost two decades, an author since 2020, and an editor for many years. I’ve also been a head of marketing content, a project manager, and a leader of writing teams in both corporate America and through my own businesses.

These days, when I take on paid freelance writing assignments, I choose to write mostly for businesses/corporations and for physicians. I will write or ghostwrite any type of content, but I prefer to work on projects like internal communications, digital campaigns, website copy, marketing collateral, sales slicks, and social media. I do not ghostwrite full-length books; I will ghostwrite contributions to books depending on length, and I also edit and proofread certain types of full-length manuscripts.

Data

My work offers proven, quantifiable results.

Marketing

I sent out the highest-performing email campaign in 16 calendar months for a multimillion-dollar corporation.

I directed a promotional email campaign that influenced over $15k in revenue and $24k in pipeline during a very quiet month (December).

Social Media

I spearheaded a revival of social media accounts and oversaw all content, increasing LinkedIn organic reactions by over 1000%, increasing content shares by 700%, and doubling Facebook's organic reach.

I created viral social media posts with 140k-200k+ views, others in the 30-60k range, two at 850k, and one at 4.8 million.

Ghostwriting

I was a ghostwriter on behalf of an executive for a book contribution, which required no edits from the publisher.

I've ghostwritten for physicians for media segments, D Magazine (a prominent Dallas publication), patient newsletters, press releases, websites, and bios.
